01. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and ARSAJIX Technologies Private Limited ("ARSAJIX"). By accessing our website, contracting our engineering services, or utilizing our browser tools, you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions.
02. Scope of Engineering Services
ARSAJIX specializes in custom software engineering, including full-stack Next.js web applications, Android mobile applications, WhatsApp Business Cloud API automation, AI and OCR pipelines, multi-tenant SaaS clouds, and API microservices. Each engagement is governed by an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
03. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
In accordance with our Full Code IP Ownership Transfer policy, upon final invoice clearance and project completion, 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights to custom source code, database architectures, and graphical assets developed for the client are permanently assigned to the client. ARSAJIX retains zero vendor lock-in or recurring royalty claims on custom deliverables.
04. Online Tools Usage & Disclaimers
Our free browser tools (PDF to Excel, Excel Editor, GST Invoice Generator, AI Formula Generator) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for convenience. While our algorithms are thoroughly engineered for maximum fidelity and numeric precision, users must verify generated invoices and calculations before legal or financial submission.
ARSAJIX accepts no liability for errors resulting from corrupted input files, hardware failure, or browser memory limitations.
05. Payment Terms & Invoicing
- Custom development projects follow milestone-based billing (e.g. 40% initial deposit, 30% alpha demo, 30% final signoff and deployment).
- All invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) or agreed foreign currency (USD/EUR) with statutory GST applied as per Indian tax laws.
- Overdue invoices attract interest at 18% per annum from the due date until final settlement.
06. Confidentiality
All client proprietary business data, trade secrets, roadmaps, and technical specifications are protected under our mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) throughout and following the project lifecycle.
07. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or any engagement with ARSAJIX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
